BladeBike Warranty Policy

Effective Date: July 2025

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is offered by BladeBike for all dirt bikes and accessories purchased directly through BladeBike.com. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to any rights provided by consumer protection laws in your state.

Products Covered

If you are the original retail purchaser, this Warranty applies as follows. Main parts such as the frame, hub motor, controller, handlebar, and disc brake assembly are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. Electronic parts and accessories, including the battery, charger, brake levers, and shifters, are covered for 6 months. Wear-prone and cosmetic items such as tires, tubes, pedals, saddle, lights, grips, fenders, and decorative covers are covered for 30 days. Accessories not specifically listed fall under the same 30-day coverage.

Coverage for Subsequent Owners

If you purchase a bike second-hand, coverage still applies based on the original purchase date. The main frame and core parts are covered for 1 year from that original purchase date, while the battery is covered for 6 months or up to 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first. All other parts are covered for 30 days. Proof of the original purchase is required to transfer coverage.

Third-Party Components

Some bikes include parts made by other manufacturers, such as drivetrains, brakes, or suspension systems. These components may be covered by the third-party manufacturer’s warranty. Please check their official website for details. BladeBike will gladly help point you in the right direction if you need support.

Warranty Labor

Labor costs for warranty repairs are included at no charge for up to 1 year from the original purchase date.

Terms of Warranty

To make a claim, you must provide proof of purchase. BladeBike reserves the right to limit warranty service to the country where the product was originally sold. During the warranty period, we will either repair the product or replace it with the same or a similar model, depending on availability. Colors and exact matches may vary. Products being replaced must be returned to BladeBike before a replacement is sent, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers will not be charged shipping fees for authorized warranty replacements. Customers in both the U.S. and Canada will not be charged shipping fees for authorized warranty replacements.

Uncovered Items

This Warranty does not apply to issues caused by improper assembly, accidents, neglect, lack of maintenance, corrosion, misuse, or the use of incompatible parts or accessories. Damage from these circumstances is not covered.

Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear is not covered by this Warranty. Examples include worn brake pads, chains, bearings, grips, cables, spokes, sprockets, gears, and cosmetic scratches. Over time, bikes may also develop creaks or noises that require regular maintenance but are not warranty issues.

Warranty Process

To start a claim, please contact BladeBike customer support at Info@bladebike.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. If the bike was purchased in store, please return to your original retailer for assistance.

Shipping Damage

If your bike arrives damaged during shipping, please inspect it immediately. Take clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the damage. Notify us within 48 hours at Info@bladebike.com so we can file a claim and arrange a repair or replacement. If you use your own shipping or freight forwarder, BladeBike cannot be held responsible for damage caused by that carrier. For Canadian orders, customs processing may slightly extend delivery or replacement times.

Limitation of Liability

BladeBike’s responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the US or province to province in Canada.

Extended Warranty

Some models may qualify for optional extended warranty coverage. Please contact our support team for availability and details.
