Section 1 – Overview

This website is operated by Bladebike (“Bladebike,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, browsing our content, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms establish the rights and responsibilities of both parties and apply to all users of our website, including customers, vendors, and visitors. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our site or services. In addition to these Terms, customers are expected to review our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy, as they form an essential part of our customer agreement.

Section 2 – Eligibility & Accounts

To use our website or purchase from Bladebike, you must be of the age of majority in your state of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. When creating an account, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your responsibility. Bladebike will not be liable for losses or damages caused by failure to secure your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Section 3 – Products & Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified at any time without notice. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate; however, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur. Images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only, and actual colors or finishes may vary based on screen settings or manufacturer updates. Discontinuation of a model will not affect any warranty coverage that applies to products purchased before the discontinuation date.

Section 4 – Orders, Payment & Billing

When placing an order with Bladebike, you agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, bulk reseller purchases, or inaccuracies in billing data. Orders may not be altered once processing has begun. If payment is declined or reversed by your financial institution, Bladebike reserves the right to cancel the order and retain ownership of the product until payment is cleared. For information regarding refunds and exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery

Bladebike ships products exclusively within the 48 continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses, and we are unable to ship lithium-ion batteries or e-bikes internationally due to carrier restrictions. Processing times, handling periods, and estimated delivery schedules are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Bladebike is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by shipping carriers, although we will work with you to resolve delivery issues when possible.

Section 6 – Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within ninety (90) minutes of placement by accessing your account and initiating a cancellation request. Because we process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping, cancellations requested after this period cannot be guaranteed. If payment funds have already been captured by our payment processor, a processing fee of up to 2.5% may be deducted from your refund to cover non-recoverable transaction costs. Once the cancellation window has passed, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for guidance on returning an order.

Section 7 – Warranty

Bladebike provides limited warranty coverage for its e-bikes, as detailed in our Warranty Policy. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. However, any modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs that affect the safety, mechanics, or operation of the e-bike will immediately void the warranty. Customers are responsible for performing routine maintenance and following manufacturer guidelines to keep warranty coverage valid.

Section 8 – Safety & Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they operate Bladebike products safely and in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This includes the use of helmets, age restrictions, and licensing or registration requirements that may apply in your jurisdiction. The estimated battery range published for our e-bikes is based on standardized testing and should be considered an estimate only; actual performance will vary based on battery age, rider weight, temperature, terrain, speed, and riding style. Bladebike assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from unsafe operation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow proper maintenance and safety guidelines.

Section 9 – Financing (If Applicable)

Bladebike may, from time to time, offer financing options through third-party financial partners. Eligibility requirements, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the financing provider, and customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any financing agreement prior to acceptance. Bladebike does not control financing terms and assumes no liability for financing disputes, late payments, or declined applications.

Section 10 – Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Bladebike website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, designs, and source code, is the property of Bladebike or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to view, print, and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit copying, distribution, modification, resale, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent from Bladebike. Unauthorized use of Bladebike content may result in legal action.

Section 11 – Acceptable Use

By using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful activity, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or attempt to harm, disrupt, or exploit the site in any way. Prohibited conduct includes uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, harvesting customer information, or using automated tools such as bots or scrapers to collect data without permission. Any misuse of the website may result in termination of your access and potential legal action.

Section 12 – Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. Bladebike provides these links for convenience only and does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or policies of third parties. Any use of third-party services is at your own risk, and you are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of those services before engaging with them.

Section 13 – Disclaimers

All services and products offered by Bladebike are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website, nor do we guarantee that our services will be free of errors or technical issues. Bladebike expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Section 14 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bladebike shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of fifty dollars ($50) or the total amount paid by you to Bladebike in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether contract, tort, or otherwise.

Section 15 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bladebike, its employees, officers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our website, or violation of applicable laws. This obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of our website.

Section 16 – Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our products shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts of the United States. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Section 17 – Changes to Terms

Bladebike reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of our website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
