Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees
Bladebike values the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please review the following return policy carefully. This applies to all components, accessories, and e-bikes sold by Bladebike.
Important: All items must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Returns of New and Unused Items (Within 7 Days of Delivery)
- You may return any new and unused item (e-bikes must show 0 miles on the odometer) within 7 days of delivery.
- A full refund will be issued. While outbound shipping is free, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our shipping error.
- Return shipping costs ($250–$800 USD depending on e-bike type and carrier) are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our shipping error.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- U.S. and Canadian customers follow the same 7-day window and conditions.
Returns of Used Items
- Used items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in good condition and free of damage.
- E-bikes must have fewer than 20 miles on the odometer.
- A 50% restocking fee will apply, in addition to return shipping charges.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For Canadian returns, cross-border shipping, duties, and taxes are also the customer’s responsibility.
Return Process, COD, and Refund Timing
- To request a return, please contact us at Info@bladebike.com to obtain a return authorization.
- Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
No Bike Shop Returns
- Items purchased from authorized bike shops or third-party sellers must follow their individual return policies.
- Returns are only honored for purchases made directly through Bladebike.com.
Refused Shipments – Flat Fee
- If you refuse delivery of an order you placed, a $250 flat fee per e-bike will be charged to partially cover shipping costs.
- We cannot cancel or intercept orders once they have shipped.
- Refused shipments that are returned to us will be processed as a return, and a refund will be issued via the original payment method, less $250.
- Customers must notify Bladebike of any refused shipments to avoid delays in processing refunds.
Battery Returns
- Due to DOT and Transport Canada safety restrictions, all battery sales are final and non-returnable.
Large Scooters and Off-Road Vehicles
- Large scooters, electric off-road vehicles, and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged because they require truck delivery.
- If a buyer insists on returning these items, the buyer is responsible for all round-trip freight costs.
