At Bladebike, We know how important it is to get your bike quickly and safely. That’s why we’ve built a clear and reliable shipping process. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, carriers, tracking, and delivery expectations.

Processing & Handling
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Handling times vary by e-bike type (see table above).
- For Canadian orders, transit times include customs clearance processing.
Transit & Carriers
- Orders ship via FedEx, USPS, DHL, or truck freight for oversized bikes.
- Delivery times depend on your location and carrier speed.
- Some orders may arrive in multiple boxes if shipped with oversized freight.
Tracking Your Order
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
- Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate on the carrier’s site.
- If a logistics partner ships on our behalf, tracking updates may be limited but provided whenever possible.
Shipping Cost
- All Free Shipping: All BladeBike orders ship free of charge to customers in the continental United States and Canada.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the 48 continental United States and Canada.
- PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses are not supported.
- Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship lithium-ion batteries, e-bikes, or related components outside of the 48 continental U.S.
- Canadian shipments are subject to customs inspections and must comply with local import regulations.
Signature Requirements
- Battery shipments: An adult signature may be required by the carrier.
- E-bike shipments: Typically do not require a signature unless specified by the carrier.
Address Changes
- Orders cannot be rerouted once placed.
- If the address provided is incorrect, the shipment will be returned and refunded once received back (15–20 business days).
- For Canadian customers, please double-check postal codes to avoid customs-related delays.
Refused or Returned Shipments
- Refused deliveries are subject to a return freight deduction of $250–$800, depending on the bike type.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus this deduction.
- Please notify us if refusing delivery to prevent refund delays.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items)
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan. We’ll assist in filing a claim and arranging a solution.
- If you are missing an item, notify us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will reship the item or issue a full refund if it is out of stock.
